Siddharth Morey
Founder
Siddharth Morey is the Founder of Bharat Mortgages Training Institute and a seasoned mortgage banking professional with over 12 years of hands-on experience in Home Loans, LAP and Affordable Housing. He holds an MBA from SIMSREE, Mumbai and a B.Tech from COEP, Pune. Throughout his career, he has Built home loan and LAP businesses across 100+ Locations, Trained Sales and Credit team across PAN India, Launched multiple Home Loan and LAP programs, Led digital mortgage transformation initiatives, Managed national-level distribution and channel partnerships. Having recruited, trained and worked closely with hundreds of sales managers, credit officers and product teams, he understands exactly what banks expect from freshers and working professionals. That real-world industry insight is the foundation of Bharat Mortgages Training Institute — where training is not theoretical, but built on practical banking experience. He recently served as Deputy Vice President – Product Manager (Home Loans & LAP) at Kotak Bank before stepping out to build Bharat Mortgages with a clear mission — to create industry-ready mortgage professionals. Over the years, he has worked with leading institutions including Mahindra Home Finance, ICICI HFC, DCB Bank, Axis Bank, IBM India Pvt Ltd.
